    Responsibilities

    • Develop scalable, automated dashboards to provide benchmarking and progress against key performance goals and initiatives; understand root causes of what impacts attainment of those objectives.
    • Provide analytical insights into current state of the business that can be leveraged by RFA leadership for growth opportunities, prioritization of strategic plans and operational efficiency gains.
    • Support our cross-functional teams in driving execution of global initiatives
    • Support this process end-to-end: help build and document work plans, synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations
    • As part of a lean organization, communicate solutions confidently and effectively to RFA leadership
    • Build a consultative relationship across the organization by working deeply with our business partners on high priority projects.

    • Master internal dashboards and visualization tools, Excel-based scenario modeling, impact analysis, etc.
    • Remain meticulous while working on a variety of projects
    • Simplify complex problems through intelligent use of data sets, and extract insights using frameworks and analyses

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of related work experience at a high-performing technology company or consultancy
    • Advanced analytical skills (including data modeling) and business insight
    • Experience dealing with unstructured business issues and meaningful contribution to issue resolution
    • Ability to build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with managers and executives
    • Strong project management skills
    • BA/BS degree from a credible university

     Preferred:

    • Experience writing SQL queries and pulling data from relational databases
    • Exposure to the ConnectWise ecosystem, Microsoft Visio, and BrightGauge or Power BI visualization tools
