  • Overview

    The Recruiting Coordinator will support the global recruiting process from beginning to end with responsibilities such as posting jobs, updating the applicant tracking system with relevant information, coordinating interviews as well as checking references.

    Responsibilities

    Job Requirements:

    • Understand the RFA recruiting process and hiring requirements for each open role.
    • Manage all Candidates submitted from external resources.
    • Coordinate phone screens and interviews with Hiring Managers, Candidates and/or external resources.
    • Schedule and administer any labs or tests as needed.
    • Meet and greet candidates and escort them to interviews when necessary.
    • Update and manage the internal applicant tracking system with relevant information.
    • Attain completed evaluations from Hiring Managers for all phone screens and interviews.
    • Ensure applications are completed by all active Candidates.
    • Conduct reference checks when offers are being extended.
    • Build strong relationships with internal Hiring Managers and external resources.
    • Update weekly recruiting metrics report; send out e-mail recruiting updates.
    • Involvement with college/university relations efforts.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting, customer service, human resources or advertising
    • IT recruiting experience preferred
    • Enthusiastic team player
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent follow-up skills
