Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-11pm
Under the direct supervision of the NOC Supervisor, this position will provide a high level of incident management support. Working to proactively detect issues in circuits, networking gear, and servers; this position will be responsible for the monitoring of applicable Network Operation Center (NOC) with network management tools, troubleshooting Tier 1-2 support issues, and facilitating communication on issues.
